The Odisha Style Dal Tadka Recipe is super simple to make and packed with flavours and taste. The dal is made with a combination of urad dal, whole moong dal, rajma and kala chana with the addition simple spices and green chillies. Apart from the preparation time of soaking the dals overnight, it uses a simple set of ingredients which can be cooked in the pressure cooker.
