Vegan Cheesecake

Vegan cheesecake, one of my favorite desserts ever. It’s sweet, delicious, and creamy, and the contrast with the topping and the crust makes it even better!

I was finally able to make a vegan cheesecake! And let me tell you – I still can’t believe how good it turned out. It’s light and creamy, as well as sweet, and has a wonderfully satisfying flavor. Truly mouthwatering!

I made it with ingredients like coconut oil, soy milk, and vanilla extract, but it is customizable and you can replace the oil with vegan butter and use your favorite plant milk.
