After sharing our go-to base muffin recipe, I want to follow up with my favorite chocolate muffin recipe. This recipe is different because anytime you work with cocoa powder, you have to ensure there’s enough moisture in the batter. (And these are so chocolate-y and moist!) Besides the deep chocolate flavor, what you’ll love most about this double chocolate muffin recipe is its ease. The recipe uses common baking ingredients, doesn’t require a mixer, and is super straightforward.
