Drunken Smoked Salmon

Drunken Smoked Salmon gets its name from being cooked in vodka and gives this salmon its drunken state and unique flavor. 

The vodka-infused smokey taste really keeps you wanting more and more it’s so flaky and delicious and the juices are fabulous.

Don’t worry if you’re not into using alcohol, chicken broth or apple juice is a fine substitute.

It’s very adaptable to nonalcohol so don’t let that turn you off to this amazing seafood dish.

Salmon is a hearty firm fish and absorbs all the wonderful herbs and spices.

This smoked style fish can be made on the grill, electric smoker, or gas smoker and even air fried with some liquid smoke as an alternative.
