Aratikaya Tomato Koora Recipe – Andhra Style Plantains With Tomato

Aratikaya Tomato Koora is a delicious Andhra style plantains cooked with tomatoes. Plantains are rich in Vitamin C, K, amino acids and dietary fibres as compared to the ripened bananas making it relatively good for health.

Aratikaya Tomato Koora is a spicy dish. Unlike the other plantain recipes this one is spiced with ginger enhancing its taste and flavour. 

Serve the Aratikaya Tomato Koora Recipe (Andhra Style Plantains Cooked with Tomato) along with Phulkas or Steamed Rice and Andhra Style Pappu Charu for the weeknight dinner.
