Spinach Stir Fry Recipe With Garlic is a healthy dish packed with nutrients.  Spinach leaves are finely chopped and stir fried in butter seasoned with some salt pepper and garlic. 

The flavour of the roasted garlic goes perfectly well with the spinach.
